Energy Retrofits

Buildings account for a significant proportion of energy use and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in a community. Reducing energy consumption through energy retrofits creates less GHG emissions and saves money. The number and total square footage of certified energy retrofits to existing buildings in Surrey is a measure of the energy and environmental performance of existing development.
