Graffiti Reports

Graffiti refers to images and lettering painted, scratched, or marked on property, that is inscribed without the property owner's permission. Graffiti is sometimes used to express social and political messages and, depending on the situation and context, can be a form of art. The number of graffiti report files is a measure of unwelcome graffiti activity in Surrey, and the City aims to see a downward trend over time.
