Incidences of Break & Enters

Published By: City of Surry,

Break-and-enter offences have social effects and economic costs. It can cause pain and suffering, a sense of insecurity, financial loss, and a lower quality of life to victims and their communities. Reducing break-and-enter incidences promotes safer communities, reduced property and insurance costs, and less burden on the criminal justice system. The number of break-and-enter offences is a measure of public safety and security in Surrey, and the City aims to see a downward trend in incidences over time. Data source: Surrey RCMP.
